• Introduced by Rep. Al Gemma (D) on January 3, 2008, to repeal the law requiring the Kent County Water Authority to provide water to biotechnology manufacturing facilities located within the Kent County Water District. This law was passed in order to assure a sufficient supply of water for the Amgen manufacturing facility within that district.
