• Introduced by Sen. Rhoda E. Perry (D) on February 6, 2008, to divert $500,000 of the tax credit for scholorship organizations, which is cuurently capped at $1,000,000 annually, to non-profit adjuncts of public schools. The legislation does not address the added costs of re-entry to the public school system of those children currently using private scholorships funded nder this program to attend private schools.
