 A good portion of the GA is sitting in prisons right now for having their hands in the pockets illegally of those they are supposed to serve.  We do not need to give more power to those who have not served us well and are under the microscope now.  Last time I heard, the Board of Governors isn't sitting in jail or being checked for ethics issues.  Can I say Irons?
