There is no mention of guns in the section under question, and the bill actually repeals the prohibition against selling certain kinds of weapons to minors. Not sure it's such a bad idea though, the existing law is absurd in its specificity.

Good idea - weapons should owned by adults who pass stringent standards. Minors are minors for a reason. Owning a gun is a contract and children cannot sign contracts. They should use guns under parental watch and advisement.
