Dear Rep. Winfield:

One thing I forgot to ask you was why you all gave you self a raise and your staff during this time of ecomonic depression. And, more to the bill here, what is this money for that you are borrowing from a state this is in arrears at the moment? Where will the money come from and what is it for?
