Since, especially Bryant, uses much of our EMT's and fire/police, it is time to charge. Also, when they first opened, they reported an "open school and benefits" to Smithfield residents. That lasted a very short time. We do not get educational discounts or entertainment/game discounts. So, it is time for the town to get what the university promised in the first place - benefits to the taxpayers of the town.
