That really will effect the insurance policies and the companies that are providing the insurance policies .

 This bill is a good idea.  When I had major surgery at Women and Infants Hospital a couple of years back, I don't feel post-surgical standards were followed, questions about care were not answered, and I obtained a serious infection upon leaving hospital that many rounds of the strongest antibiotic in order to not be readmitted to hospital on Christmas and to rid myself of the infection. 


I do believe if the patients had a standard of care tool they would know exactly what to expect, what to ask for, how to manage their own care while in hospital.  They would have the answers to their questions.  thank you.
