I think this bill is inappropriate for state legislation. Why are celebrating the anniversary of another country? We need to be dealing with the massive issues addressing this state and its residents today within this country. This time should be sent fixing problems of state that is drowning in debt, not passing this bill. This country needs to address its own issues.
