There should be rules that require advance notice of company layoffs, however, this could cause a hotbed for worker antagonism and trouble.
There should not be a new government bureaucracy. In case you haven't noticed, this state is on the verge of bankruptcy. Take of the residents and not the bureacrats. We are top heavy with bureaucrats and all their benefits while the taxpayers are drowining.
