We- don't need another state agency for one. Second, the state should not be in the business of health insurance programs - isn't that why some of our legislators are sitting in jail right now? Our rates are high enough now we have to pay an agency to offer - what?? Since when is health insurance mandatory? This state cannot afford all of these expanded programs - which is why so many businesses and residents are packing up and leaving. This state has become and is becoming more user unfriendly. When add more and more burden on the indivudals who are taxpayers and their businesses, they have not choice but to leave. Our children left, they couldn't find work here. You are not making it any better.
