Many conservation groups have spent decades trying to protect the most valuable resource on Block Island, the view shed. This ill concieved experimental project will wipe out that effort. Deepwater has presented smoke and mirrors in an attempt to gain permits for the "Experiment" Sure- we can drill 3 miles into the earth through a mile odf seawater and this technology will be adapted to install windmills in depwater. Where has this gotten us? If approved, we'll be floating a bond isse in 10 years to remove the eyesore. No thank you Senator Sosnowski. You have misread the desires of your constituancy.
